Next Work Party Will Be Saturday March 12th To Prepare For Central Park Grand Trail Opening On March 26th

LAST CHANCE! (for real) to become a part of local biking history. Come out for the big push to finish before grand opening. As always, Lunch, Pre-opening ride provided afterwards. From 9:00 AM - Noon.XC and Freeride areas. (Freeriders are working on the course every weekend - scheduled work party, or not - and welcome all comers.) Remember to bring gloves, water, sturdy shoes (no sandals allowed), and long pants.

Directions: Central Park is GA-400N to exit #17, exit left back over 400. Park entrance is about a half mile on the left. Turn, go straight past the Sheriff Station to the back corner of the parking lot near the maintenance shed.

A big success Saturday, 15 January at Big Creek. Hosted by the City of Roswell with RAMBO, folks young and old turned out for a busy, brisk and sunny day in the park to learn bicycle safety, training & skills tips from RAMBO members, with bike maintenance tips from the pros at shop partner CycleWorks. Does anyone mind if I share thoughts on a glorious winter weekend ride day?

After all, short days and fickle weather make the good days stand out all

the more.
