Randall A. Meincke, P.C. Attorney at Law, is a private practice dealing primarily in family law. The firm was founded in 2004 after Randall Meincke left his position as a Forsyth County Associate Magistrate Judge. Meincke served as an attorney in the City of Forsyth for 21 years and has served as in several capacities of the law, including Special Master for Superior Court and occasionally a Juvenile Court Judge.

Reflecting on his long, 34-year legal career, Meincke notes,” When I first arrived in Cumming, there were only around 30 lawyers in the entire county. Now there are around 180, so it’s important that I maintain a good word of mouth reputation and other lawyer referrals.” Through word of mouth and referrals, Meincke has enjoyed success in private practice for the past five years and is particularly pleased with his decision to return to private practice.

Of his private practice Meincke says, “As a sole practitioner, I can give each client the individual attention they deserve.” Because of the personal nature of most of Meincke’s family law cases, such as adoption, custody, and divorce, as well as estate and probate law, individual attention is something his clients are grateful for. Meincke also points out that if for some reason he can’t help a client, he is well-positioned to refer them to someone who can.

Randall Meincke is available for consultations or on retained basis for litigation. He can be reached by calling (770) 889-0181 or toll free (866) 971-2804. You can also reach him via email at mycounsel@rameincke.com or visit www.rameincke.com for additional information.
