(1) Renewal of Lease Agreement between the Department of Human Resources - Division of Family & Children Services and Forsyth County for State FY 2011 (July 2010-June 2011) Chief Financial Officer.

(2) Request approval by the Engineering Department to apply for the Section 319(h) Georgias Non-point Source Implementation Grant in the amount of $270,000.00 with a $180,000.00 match required Grant will benefit the construction of Midway Park Stream Restoration Project - Grants Administrator.

(3) Sign Ordinance additional sign options for master-planned business parks Assistant Director of Planning & Development.

(4) Authorization to bid the construction of both Recreation Centers Procurement Director.

(C) Renewal of contract between Office Depot, through U.S. Communities, for Calendar Year 2010 Procurement Director.

(D) Renewal of Motorola Radio System Maintenance Agreement Procurement Director.

(9) Purchase of equipment at Windermere Waste Water Treatment Plant Procurement Director.
