Free H1N1 Flu Shots at the Health Department!

The Forsyth County Health Department, located at 428 Canton Road in Cumming, is providing FREE H1N1 shots to the following groups: IN PRIORITY ORDER
- 6 months to 24 year old children
- Pregnant women
- Adults living with or regularly caring for a 6 month or younger child
- Healthcare workers with DIRECT patient contact
- Adults up to age 64 with a MAJOR/SEVERE immunocompromised illness (no spleen, lupus, autoimmune disorders, cancer, major lung issues, Hodgkin's disease, lymphomas, or organ transplant.)
The Health Department is open weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is being offered through the Health Department, not through FCS, so please do not contact the schools for information. Please call 770-781-6900 for more information.
