Join North Georgia College & State University in Cumming for a hands-on one-day seminar: “Why Generations Collide & Its Effects on the Workplace.” This presentation will take place at the Cumming/Forsyth Chamber of Commerce Event Center (directly behind the Chamber building) on Wednesday, October 25 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Join with co-workers to get the most out of this presentation.

The fee to attend this 4-hour seminar is normally $129, but mention you saw the ad on cumminghome.com to receive one of the 10 scholarships to attend for FREE.

How does a “50-something” lead a “20-something?” How does a “20-something” lead a “50-something?” Today’s employees are far different from those of the past. To thrive in this new world, you must understand the values and attitudes of both new and experienced workers. Join us and learn how Matures, Baby Boomers, X’ers and Millenials think and work as they do. We will also discuss what will become of the Boomers and if it is possible for business to continue as usual with the new generation moving in.

This presentation will be led by Deidra Langstaff, a graduate of the University of North Carolina and president of Langstaff Marketing. She has worked with such diverse clients as Lenox Square, Pike Family Nurseries, the USA/Fountain Division of The Coca-Cola Company, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, The Peasant Restaurant Group and The Atlanta Hawks.
