Forsyth County Board of Elections To Hold Special Meeting

The Forsyth County Board of Elections is holding a special meeting on Thursday, August 24, 2006, at 9 a.m. to discuss the Special Election in November.

The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

  • Call to order
  • Review request for special election to be called for November 7, 2006. The referendum will be to allow voters to consider the issuance of Forsyth County School District Bonds and the renewal of a 1% Education Sales Tax.
  • Review preliminary ballot setup
  • Adjourn
