Sheriff's Golf Tournament to Benefit Youth Homes

For the third consecutive year, Sheriff Ted Paxton is sponsoring a golf tournament to benefit the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes, Sheriff Paxton has announced.

The tournament, a scramble format, will be held on Monday, September 11, at Windermere Golf Club. Cost to participate is $500 for a foursome and $150 for individual players. Hole sponsorships are also available, Sheriff Paxton said.

“I am proud to lend my name for this worthy cause,” Sheriff Paxton said. “The Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes has performed miracles for disadvantaged children in Georgia for decades,” he added. Sheriff Paxton also serves on the Youth Homes’ Board of Directors.
