Mrs. Effa Dean Seymour, age 77 of Cumming, GA passed away Thursday, December 17, 2009. She was a native of Forsyth County and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her previous husband, Harold Charles and son, Terry Charles Survivors include her husband, Alfus Seymour; mother, Viola Chambers; daughters, Connie Charles and Tracy Elzey both of Forsyth County; 4 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Church of Christ in Cumming with Minister Brian Williams officiating. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
