Realtors Geni Natic and Kim Crocco have joined forces in 2009 to form “The Home Xposure Team” in order to better serve their clients at Hutson Realty. Read all about Geni and Kim below.

Geni started her career in aviation at the young age of 16 managing and directing instructor’s flight schedules and the operations of the day to day business activities for the school. After completing her high school and college careers, she quickly moved into banking and financing achieving meritorious recognition before entering the travel industry, where she would be responsible for the agency’s most significant client accounts before turning her sights to her real passion - Real Estate.

For the last fifteen years Geni has devoted all of her time, efforts and energy to real estate. It started when she was charged with the family’s task to find and secure buildable land, and assume the General Contractor position to manage and build the family’s home – a daunting task, but a challenge she faced head on and accomplished in short order fashion; managing all of the aspects of the project from beginning to final completion in just four (4) months.

After securing several properties for friends and family members, which were turned over to the selling agent for successful closing, Geni decided her hard work should merit compensation, whereby she pursued and secured her real estate license. Since doing so, Geni has joined the ranks of the Million Dollar club and served on the ALC (Agent Leader Counsel) and financial committee for three years.

Geni is married to her husband of 25 years and has two adult grown children, and a daughter-in-law. During their school years, she was actively involved in the PTA and for her youngest child’s school, Geni initiated and founded the PTA for his Big Creek Elementary school in Cumming, GA. Besides English, Geni is also fluent in Spanish.

Kimberly Crocco is a native of New Jersey, where for over 14 years she established a career in the travel industry, managing corporate accounts and group travel for various church organizations. After starting a family, Kim worked as an independent consultant for Excel Travel, while at the same time attending college and raising her 2 children with her husband of over 15 years.

After successfully marketing and selling her 3rd home in New Jersey, Kim decided to turn her growing passion for Real Estate into a full time career. Kim recently obtained her real estate license from the state of Georgia and has placed her license with Hutson Realty. Feeling a strong bond with lifelong friend and real estate agent, Geni Natic, the pair has forged a real estate partnership to assist their clients with the purchase, sale, or lease of residential or commercial properties.

Kim currently resides in Cumming, GA with her family.
