Cresswind at Lake Lanier will host island-themed celebration on April 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that is open to the public

Gainesville, Ga. – The Kolter Group, LLC, a West Palm Beach private investment firm focused on luxury master planned development and premier active adult communities announces Cresswind at Lake Lanier, a new exclusive waterfront community, north of Atlanta in Gainesville.

To commemorate the grand opening, the event will offer attendees the opportunity to tour numerous model homes, while enjoying hot dogs, popcorn and the sound of great music.
