Join the Amicalola Falls State Park staff on Saturday, December 5, 2009, 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. as the State Park Lodge hosts the annual Christmas Open House. Worldwide celebrities Santa and Mrs. Claus are making time in their busy schedule to join in on the festivities of Open House. Don’t forget your wish list and don’t leave your camera at home, because the Claus couple will be available for photos. 

The lodge will be a hub of activity with hayrides, a bonfire, kids crafts, and more. Special musical guests include local choirs and visiting artists demonstrating their talent and presenting their art for Christmas shoppers who want a unique gift. The evening will wrap-up with a story hour by the fire.

Admission for all this fun is free of charge, with just a $5 parking fee.

The Lodge’s own Maple Restaurant will be open for dinner, or dessert and coffee, from 5 - 9pm.
