Family-Placed Death Notice WHITLEY, Harold Mr. Harold Whitley of Palmetto passed away November 29, 2009 at the age of 77. A 1949 graduate of Campbell High School and member of New Hope United Methodist Church in Palmetto, Mr. Whitley was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jo Ann Whitley; son and daughter-in-law, C. Wayne and Patricia Whitley of Acworth; son and daughter-in-law, C. Dan and Fran Whitley of Fairburn; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Billy Naramore of Palmetto; son and daughter-in-law, C. Roger and Jennifer Whitley of Crozet, VA; grandchildren, Eric and Ashley Whitley; Thomas, Nickey and Zack Whitley; David and Michael Naramore; Katherine and Mackenzie Whitley; brother, Tommy Whitley of Valparaiso, FL and sister, Rosalyn Newman of East Point. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 2 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. Sollie Hicks officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope UMC Cemetery.
