Howard G. Watts -MACON - Howard Gilbert Watts, 83, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 3P.M., Sunday, November 15, 2009, graveside in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 14, 2009. -Mr. Watts, a native of Macon, Georgia, was the son of the late the R. B. and Eiffie (Hutto) Watts. He was a retired coder with Armstrong Industries, and a WWII veteran serving with the United States Army. -Survivors include his daughter, Jean Williamson of Byron, GA; a brother, G.C.
