Family-Placed Death Notice WHITE, Robert J. Robert J. White, age 81, of Atlanta. Born July 5, 1928, died November 12, 2009. He retired from Southern Bell with 42 years service and was a member of Orange United Methodist Church as well as an Army Veteran. He was predeceased by his parents, Grover and Ruby Hester White and sister, Alice Cowart. Survived by lifelong partner; Dennis O' Connell, Atlanta, brother, William F. White, Atlanta, nephew, Ralph (Butch) Cowart, Jr., Dawsonville, niece, Jo Ann Cowart, Canton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 14 at 11 AM at Oglethorpe Hill Chapel. Interment Smith Cemetery, Lathemtown at 2 PM. Donations may be made to Orange United Methodist Church Cemetery Road Fund, 220 Orange Church Rd., Canton, GA 30115.
