SANDERSVILLE, Ga. - Mr. Tom Warthen died on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 2 p.m. from Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Warthen, Ga., with Rev. Gerrard Rayford officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in charge. Published in The Augusta Chronicle on 8/13/2009
