Pembroke Wallace Coleman "Bud" Warren, Jr. age 55 died Sunday evening, Dec. 6, 2009. Mr. Warren was a butcher having worked at Kroger, M & M Grocers, and for over seventeen years at Ray's Butcher Shop. Mr. Warren loved his work, was an avid fisherman and a member of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his parents, W.C. and Alice Warren of Pembroke; one son, Wallace Warren III of Statesboro; one daughter, Samantha Poteralski of Garden City; two brothers, Mark and Bruce Warren, both of Pembroke; one sister, Deborah McKie of Pembroke; three grandchildren, Makala Knight, Jamie Poteralski and Chandler Warren; and several nieces and nephews including Opal Warren. Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9. Funeral service: 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of the Flanders Morrison Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Body officiating.
