Flood Watch Cancelled

THE FLOOD WATCH THAT WAS IN EFFECT FOR NORTH GEORGIA THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON, JULY 7, HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

THE HEAVY RAINS FROM TROPICAL DEPRESSION CINDY HAVE MOVED INTO THE CAROLINAS. THERE REMAINS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. HOWEVER, WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN IS NOT EXPECTED. FLOODING FROM RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS OF THURSDAY, JULY 7 .HOWEVER NO ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED.
