Twenty-two additional Fulton County seniors have been named National Merit Scholars in the annual National Merit Scholarship Program. In addition to the prestigious National Merit Scholar distinction, these students earned National Merit scholarships from participating corporations and colleges.

Simonne Li – Chattahoochee High School
Sonica Li – Chattahoochee High School
Margaret Warden – Chattahoochee High School
Clare Zhang – Chattahoochee High School
Anne Elizabeth Darr – Milton High School
Emily Ferrari – Milton High School
Tegan Guyton – Milton High School
Daniel Marbury – Milton High School
Jessica Richards – Milton High School
Jason Strever – Milton High School
Stephanie Box – North Springs High School
Cristin McClanahan – North Springs High School
Emily Partridge – Northview High School
Shaolong Wang – Northview High School
Sarah Guest – Roswell High School
Jennifer Marienau – Roswell High School

All of the students first were identified through exceptionally high scores on the PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, which they took as juniors last school year. They have a record of high academic performance, are endorsed and recommended by their school principal, and have earned high SAT scores that confirm their earlier qualifying test performance.
Earlier in the school year, a round of semifinalists were named. Finalists then were announced in April and May.
