Forsyth County Schools’ DISCOVER Program was developed to meet the unique transitional needs of students with disabilities who plan to train or work immediately after graduation.

To gain career-related and independent skills, DISCOVER students visit job sites and attend lectures given by community business owners, and on December 9, students will participate in mock interviews to develop their communication skills.

The Jobs Club is looking for business men and women who represent a variety of professions to participate in this program. If you would like to get involved with the mock interviews or be a guest speaker at one of the Jobs Club meetings, please contact Susan Darlington at (770) 887-2461 ext. 2327, or sdarlington@forsyth.k12.ga.us.

Location: Forsyth County Board of Education, 1120 Dahlonega Highway, 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
