The City of Roswell will designate the week of December 4-8, 2006 as National Inclusive Schools Week at its December 4th Regular City Council meeting, 7:30 p.m. at Roswell City Hall.

The Centennial High School chorus will perform in City Hall’s rotunda at 7 p.m. Area superintendents, school board members, and the principals of Roswell schools will all be on hand for the meeting. Roswell High School’s JROTC will present the colors.

There will be a brief presentation during the council meeting by local educators, parents and students showing how inclusive schools benefit all of our children. Guest speakers include: Dr. Susan Caster, Assistant Principal of Centennial High School; Ms. Jill Knight from Roswell North Elementary School; Councilman David Tolleson; and a student speaker.

Roswell’s Mayor and City Council will hold a reception immediately following the presentation.
