Alpharetta, Ga…Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Departments 8th annual Touch-a-Truck event will take place on Saturday, April 22nd, from 10am to 2pm at North Park. Children can see, touch and explore their favorite big trucks and vehicles.
This year, the City will be having the #88 UPS race car, Sonny’s Bar-B-Q, the Ben & Jerry’s Cowmobile and much more! Children can also visit the construction zone and play on the big rig and carousel bounce inflatables. Touch-a-Truck t-shirts in youth sizes will be sold. Admission is free!
Mayor Pro Tem Jim Paine, Council Liaison to the Recreation and Parks Department, encourages Alpharetta families “to participate in this fun, interactive event that not only exposes children to a variety of fascinating vehicles, it gives people of all ages an opportunity to see, touch, and experience the look and feel of them in person.”
