April 25th Eggs & Enterprise Breakfast for the GNFCC

The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce will have its Eggs and Enterprise Breakfast on Tuesday, April 25th, 7:30am, at Country Club of the South. The featured speakers will be State Senator Dan Moody and Speaker Pro Tem Mark Burkhalter giving their annual “Legislative Wrap Up under the Gold Dome.” Topics covered will range from the Cities of Milton and Johns Creek to impending immigration law changes.

Speaker Pro Tempore Burkhalter was first elected to the Georgia State Legislature at age 31 and is now serving his seventh term. He has received numerous awards for his service and dedication, including the prestigious “Friends of Public Education Award” and has passed numerous laws on issues about which he is concerned including the environment, education, roads, and medical benefits.

Senator Moody serves as the Chairman of the Senate Education & Youth Committee and as the Chairman of the Senate Appropriations’ Education Subcommittee. Senator Moody was first elected to the Georgia Senate in 2002. An Electrical Engineer by trade and retired Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves, Moody is the former owner of an established business in Forsyth County that provides instrumentation products and services throughout the world to the industrial control market.
