ATLANTA, GA (November 27, 2006) - Atlanta Workshop Players are searching the city for talented performers as they announce auditions for their upcoming Hollywood & Broadway Bound programs and Improv Mania. Students are accepted to the professional training programs by audition only. The courses are geared toward serious students who plan to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Audition dates for winter session are: December 2nd and January 7th. Interested students must call 770-998-8111 to request an application form and set up audition time.

These elite professional training programs are the “artistic adventure of a lifetime” and are designed to train and prepare performers for the pro-track. “Hollywood Bound” is geared toward experienced kids and teens who are dedicated and motivated to pursue a career in the Television/Film Industry. “Broadway Bound” is designed for experienced kids and teens that are talented and highly motivated to pursue a career in the Theatre Industry. “Improv Mania” teach comics the secrets of dynamic Improv Comedy. Performers must audition to be selected for one of these professional training camps.

Atlanta Workshop Players is a non-profit children’s theatre company whose emphasis on the positive aspects of performing as summed up in their philosophy of “Kids changing the world, one audience at a time”. Atlanta Workshop Players has maintained their artistic achievements for 25 years and has been instrumental in launching the careers of many successful performers.
