Roswell, GA (September 19, 2006)-Residents of Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs and unincorporated areas of North Fulton have the opportunity to dispose of bulky items on Saturday, October 14 and Saturday, October 21 from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. at various locations in Roswell and Sandy Springs. There is no charge to participate.
Examples of items that will be accepted include: deactivated cell phones, furniture, refrigerators, washers, dryers, televisions and tires (automobile only, off the rim, limit 4 per car.)
Items that will not be accepted include: paint, household hazardous waste, motor oil, antifreeze, household batteries, construction/demolition materials and yard waste.

Bulky Trash Amnesty Day is being held by the City of Roswell in conjunction with the E-Scrap Recycling Event at all locations. For proper disposal of those items not accepted, contact the following:
