HOLIDAY HOME BAZAAR TO BE HELD IN ROSWELL’S THE RESERVE AT MABRY

Roswell, GA--- The Reserve at Mabry will be the site of an Atlanta holiday tradition, the Holiday Home Bazaar put on annually by Beverly Feldhaus and Jan Santavicca. Holiday Bazaar sponsors include Cottage Craft Homes and the Prudential Georgia Realty New Homes Division.

From November 13-19, a model home at The Reserve will be transformed into a holiday wonderland with decorations and more than 50 crafters will be selling their merchandise. A donation to the Emory Children’s Cancer Clinic will be made with part of the event’s proceeds. The Holiday Bazaar is now in its 25th year and has developed a loyal following. The event is free and open to the public.

This marks the first year the Holiday Bazaar is being held in a Prudential Georgia Realty new home community. Prudential Georgia Realty’s New Homes Division recently took over the sales and marketing of The Reserve at Mabry, an East Cobb community in the highly rated Lassiter High School district.

To visit The Reserve at Mabry, take Interstate 285 east to Riverside Drive and turn left. At Johnson Ferry Road, go left. Take until it dead ends at Shallowford Road and go left. Turn right on Mabry and the community will be on the right. Or, from 400 North, take exit 7B, Holcomb Bridge Road. Heading west, this will turn into Hwy. 92. Turn left onto Mabry and the community will be on the left.
