Four teams of three people create their dishes from scratch, and then return at the end with their guest for a complete dinner with wine pairings. Each team will then prepare their dinner and then sit down to dine on their accomplishments. Classes begin at 1:30 p.m. and finish at 4:30 p.m. At 4:30, your guest arrives and you begin serving them appetizers and wine pairings. Dinner then begins at 5:00 p.m. and ends at about 7:00 p.m. Cost is $350.00 per person.
