Child Molestation Suspect Apprehended By Alpharetta Police

Alpharetta, GA…On August 1st 2006 at 6:33 PM Alpharetta Police units responded to an apartment in reference to a report of child molestation. The 12 year old victim reported to neighbors that she had been molested since March of 2006. The victim notified the neighbors after she observed that her sister had also been the victim of the molestation.

Detectives were notified and responded to the scene where they interviewed the suspect who voluntarily went with detectives to the Alpharetta Police Station to be interviewed. Upon the interview completion the suspect was arrested and charged with 7 felony charges with more potentially pending.

Alpharetta Police Detectives are still investigating this case in cooperation with the FBI due to the use of the internet and electronic imagery.
