"Most Wanted" Fugitive Arrested in Texas

A 25 year-old accused child molester who has been on Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted” list for over a year has been arrested and jailed in Euless, Texas.
 

Wayne Alan Thompson, who was added to the Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted” list on January 16, 2004 was arrested on Friday by officers from the Euless, TX Police Department.

“We received a tip that Thompson was living in a Motor Inn in Euless and working for a temp agency there,” Sheriff Ted Paxton said. “Our investigators notified Euless Police and Thompson was arrested without incident at 6:30 p.m.”

Thompson was arrested on outstanding warrants charging him with two counts of Child Molestation and two counts of Aggravated Sodomy.

A date for an extradition hearing is pending.
