Ten people were in a two-story house on Access Road, just off Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Cumming, when the suspects entered the home shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday evening, and began shooting and stabbing everyone they encountered in the home.

The victims have been identified as Kyle Elliott Jones, Age 17 of Nichols Road in Suwanee, William Osment, Age 15, of Suwanee, and Lynn Bartlett, 56, of Hampton Trail in Cumming.

Wounded in the incident are John Hatcher, age 19 of Grove Park Lane in Cumming, Matt Brown, age 19 of Access Road in Cumming, Clifford Bartlett, Age 17, or Hampton Trail in Cumming, and Mariel Elizabeth Hannah, age 18, of Roswell, GA.

Three suspects have been charged with Aggravated Assault Murder in connection with the triple homicide. All three are being held without bond in the Forsyth County Jail.

Suspects in custody are identified as Jason Samuel McGhee, age 26 of Little Mill Road, Cumming, GA, Frank A. Ortegon, age 25, of Pilgrm Mill Road, Cumming, GA, Marcin Waldemar Sosniak, age 21, of Montgrove Glen, Cumming, GA

Marcin Sosniak had recently been a volunteer firefighter with the Forsyth County Fire Dept.

The victims apparently knew their attackers, and information from the survivors led deputies to the three men arrested, Paxton said.

Sheriff Ted Paxton said that deputies are familiar with the house where the shootings occurred and that his department's drug unit had been to that house before. Three men entered the house and began shooting those inside, according to Sheriff Paxton.

Several people in the home called 911 during the attacks, and the operator could hear gunshots in the background. Two of the injured have been taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, and two have been taken to North Fulton Hospital
