1. Approval of November 13, 2006 Council Brief Minutes. Administration and Finance

2. Approval of a Resolution authorizing payment of the option price set forth in the Option Agreement for Parcels 3, 9, 14, 15 and 16 for the Grimes Bridge Road Bridge Replacement Project #05TRA002 in an amount not to exceed $17,900. Transportation

1. Approval of appointments to the Board of Zoning Appeals.

Environmental-Public Works – Councilman Kent Igleheart

2. Announcement of receipt of Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) Consumer Confidence Award.

3. Announcement of receipt of Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) Distribution System of the Year Award.

4. Acceptance of gift of 35 Ford Meter boxes to the City of Roswell by Kendall Supplies.

5. Approval of a request from Keep Roswell Beautiful for $5,000 to match a donation from Waste Management and approval of Budget Amendment BA7110-11-20-06 to move $5,000 from the Grant Match Contingency (1585) to Cost Center 7110, Environmental Protection Program.

Public Safety – Councilman David Tolleson

6. Approval of a Resolution for the Roswell Police Department to participate in The Immigration and Nationality Act Delegation of Authority Program Section 287(g) training.

Recreation and Parks – Councilman Terry Joyner

7. Approval to authorize payment to the YMCA in the amount of $15,000 to provide half of the total cost of a market study to determine the feasibility and possible location of a YMCA in Roswell and approval of Budget Amendment BA 6110CP-11-20-06 to move $15,000 from the General Fund Operating Contingency to Cost Center 6110CP Account 543000 and Project 07REC010.

8. Approval of an Ordinance to annex Overlook at Litchfield Subdivision, Litchfield Hundred Subdivision, and Arnold Mill Property (First Reading)

9. Approval of an Ordinance to annex Summerhill Estates area. (First Reading)

10. Approval of an Ordinance to annex Sweet Apple Crossing Extended. (First Reading)

11. Authorization of payment of hotel/motel tax fund contingency funds to the Historic Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau for the media tour in the amount of $1,500.
