Students Kick Up Their Heels While Giving Back To The Community

Alpharetta, GA – Fleetwood Dance Theatre is a non profit performing dance company. The company performs at a variety of events, such as festivals, parades and pageants. These performances serve the community by assisting charities and other non profit organizations in their fund raising efforts as well as providing educational workshops for local school arts programs.

Fleetwood Dance Theatre presents their annual performances of The Nutcracker, a staple of Yuletide entertainment for many. Professional choreography and elaborate costumes and sets bring to life this Tchaikovsky classic. This performance features the Fleetwood Dance Theater members at their finest! This years performance will be held at the Blessed Trinity High School Theater 11340 Woodstock Road, Roswell. Friday Dec 8 @ 8PM, Saturday Dec 9 @ 11AM, 3PM & 8PM and Sunday Dec 10 @ 2:30PM.

The dance company is instrumental in assisting other non-profit groups in their fundraising efforts. These efforts include performing in such events as the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Christmas Parade and Festival of Trees, WSB-TV Salute to America Parade and the FOCUS fashion show. The company also performs at local schools and nursing homes.

In order to provide these and more services to the community the Fleetwood Dance Theater depends on the generosity of sponsors and the support of the community that they serve. There are a variety of sponsorship levels to accommodate any personal or corporate budget.

Fleetwood Dance Theatre strives to educate and entertain, through the art of dance, throughout the North Metro area of Atlanta and to give back to their community wherever possible. The theater is a non-profit organization that fosters community spirit and charity through education and service.
